Creator J.G. Quintel expressed excitement, stating, “It’s been so much fun working with everyone on more Regular Show. We’re just making stuff for ourselves and trying to crack each other up. I can’t wait for everyone to see it.” The original series debuted in 2010 and followed Mordecai, a blue jay, and Rigby, a raccoon, who worked as groundskeepers.
‘Regular Show’ featured characters including love interests Margaret and Eileen, along with coworkers Skips, Muscle Man, and Hi-Five. Each episode of ‘Regular Show: The Lost Tapes’ will air at 4 p.m. ET, following this schedule: Episode 1 on May 11, Episode 2 on May 12, Episode 3 on May 13, Episode 4 on May 14, Episode 5 on May 18, Episode 6 on May 19, Episode 7 on May 20, Episode 8 on May 21, and Episode 9 on May 22.
The original voice cast will reprise their roles, including J.G. Quintel as Mordecai, William Salyers as Rigby, Sam Marin as Benson, Pops, and Muscle Man, and Mark Hamill as Skips.
