dailyloe.com – SM Entertainment announced on March 3 that NCT member Mark will leave the agency and conclude all group activities. The exclusive contract will officially end on April 8 following extensive discussions. This decision concludes Mark’s involvement with subunits NCT 127 and NCT DREAM.
The agency stated it held in-depth talks with Mark about his future direction. After sufficient dialogue, both parties agreed to terminate the contract. SM expressed gratitude for the time spent together and pledged support for his new path.
Mark debuted as part of NCT in 2016, marking nearly a decade with the group. He showcased significant talent both within the group and as a solo artist. His departure marks a major shift for the popular K-pop act.

The NCT DREAM lineup now consists of Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung. SM Entertainment thanked fans for their continued support of NCT. The agency’s official statement detailed the planned group configurations moving forward.[]
