Coleen Lamarre was arrested in Balmain, Sydney, around 11:15 AM and subsequently taken to Day Street Police Station. She has been refused bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
Beau Lamarre-Condon is accused of murdering Baird, a former television presenter, and Davies, a Qantas flight attendant. The two men were shot dead with a police-issued handgun in Baird’s Paddington home.
Their bodies were discovered days later in surf bags located approximately 200 kilometers south of Sydney. Police have noted that Baird had a brief relationship with Lamarre-Condon, who was arrested in February 2024 after visiting a police station in Bondi.
Following his arrest, Beau Lamarre-Condon was officially removed from the New South Wales Police force a month later. The case was committed for trial in the NSW Supreme Court after several delays, including a change in Lamarre-Condon’s legal representation.
