dailyloe.com – On May 14, 2026, Everman Police and the FBI announced a significant development in the search for Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez. During a joint operation, human remains were discovered behind the 6-year-old’s former home on Wisteria Drive.

This announcement was made during a press conference that included updates from Everman Police Chief Al Brooks, the FBI, and the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. The investigation is part of a capital murder case against Noel’s mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh.

Everman Police Chief Al Brooks stated, “During a lawfully authorized search operation at the former residence of Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, human remains were discovered.” He confirmed that the remains are now with the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office for forensic examination and identification.

There has been no official identification of the remains as of yet. This update follows intensive search efforts on May 12 and 13, 2026, at the property where Noel lived with his family.

Aerial footage captured during the search showed investigators sifting through dirt in the backyard of the residence. The search team concentrated on a specific area, moving canopies over a hole as they employed specialized equipment.

Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez has been missing since 2023. His mother, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh, is currently in a mental facility after being charged with capital murder in connection to his disappearance. The investigation is ongoing as authorities seek to determine the identity of the remains found.
