dailyloe.com – Old Navy has launched its second designer collaboration with New York-based luxury American designer Christopher John Rogers. The collection focuses on joyful, colorful, and happy fashion. It will be available for purchase starting Wednesday. The line follows the brand’s first designer partnership with Anna Sui.
Zac Posen, Gap Inc.’s executive vice president and creative director, discussed the initiative. He is also Old Navy’s chief creative officer. Posen spoke to WWD in an exclusive interview. He emphasized bringing great American designers to Old Navy customers.
Posen said the initiative includes established icons and up-and-comers. He stated bringing great design and storytelling is important. Making it accessible at great value and quality is a key goal. He called it an important dialogue for the Old Navy brand.
Posen believes supporting the American design community is crucial. He said it is important for brands at Old Navy’s scale. He added that it is personally very important to him. The new collection is priced from $24.99 to $84.99.
It will be available via Old Navy’s e-commerce platform. The line will also be in select Old Navy stores nationwide. The launch follows the Old Navy x Anna Sui collection. That first collaboration launched in October 2025.
Posen explained his choice for the second collaboration. He said he knew he wanted to work with Christopher John Rogers. This was primarily because of Rogers’ work and design interpretation. Posen noted Rogers interprets American codes of style and classics.
He also cited a synergy in the celebration of joy. The celebration of color and pattern was another key factor. Posen said John Rogers’ codes parallel those of Old Navy. He added that conversations about working together have begun.[]
