dailyloe.com – On Thursday, music enthusiasts can purchase $1 tickets for select concerts at the Hollywood Bowl. This initiative is part of a summer discount program by the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
The tickets will be available starting at 10 a.m. through the Hollywood Bowl website. The offer includes select classical and non-classical concerts throughout the 2026 season.
Each household is limited to four tickets, which are located in bench sections L through U. Featured concerts include the Blue Note Jazz Festival on June 13 and 14 and Chance the Rapper’s Juneteenth celebration on June 19.
Additional performances include “The Classical World Cup” on July 9, along with artists such as Herbie Hancock, Buddy Guy, and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis. Other shows in the promotion feature “How to Train Your Dragon in Concert” and a salsa showcase with Nathy Peluso and Grupo Niche.
Tickets for the concerts are non-transferable and cannot be resold. They will be distributed electronically through Hollywood Bowl accounts and the venue’s mobile app.
During the ticket checkout process, patrons will also have the option to purchase transportation options, including park and ride, shuttle, and Metro passes. Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis suggested that residents prepare for the sale in advance, as tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
