Hooker has seen limited regular-season action in his career. He appeared in three games for the Detroit Lions during the 2024 season. In those appearances, he completed 6 of 9 passes for 62 total yards.
The signing gives the Titans five quarterbacks on their offseason roster. The group includes Cam Ward, Mitchell Trubisky, Brandon Allen, and Will Levis. This logjam suggests a roster move is likely before the season begins.
