dailyloe.com – PGA of America Golf Professionals Nikita Romanov and Tom Breslin won the 2026 Philadelphia PGA Spring Pro-Pro Championship on April 27, 2026. The event took place at Atlantic City Country Club in New Jersey.
Romanov and Breslin achieved an impressive score of 8-under-par 62, securing victory by one stroke over Michael Caldwell and Matt Finger from DuPont Country Club. Their winning round included an eagle, eight birdies, and one double bogey.
Sunnybrook Golf Club’s Mark Sheftic and Clubhouse 54’s Michael Little finished in third place, two strokes behind the champions. Four teams tied for fourth place at 5-under-par, including Rick McCall and Chris Gray from Rehoboth Beach Country Club.
Other fourth-place teams included Anthony Sebastianelli and Nick Iacono, Parks Price and Jason Gebhart, as well as Jeff Fick and Rob Rohrbach. The competition showcased the talents of local PGA professionals.
In addition to the Spring Pro-Pro Championship, 14 Philadelphia PGA Members are participating in the 2026 PGA Professional Championship at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon. Notable competitors include Sam Ambrose and Zach Barbin.
This year, the stakes are particularly high as the top 20 finishers will qualify for the Corebridge Financial Team. They will subsequently compete in the 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club from May 11-17.
