The win improved Arkansas’s record to 34-17 overall and 15-11 in SEC play. This victory also marked the Razorbacks’ sixth win in nine SEC weekend series this season.
Entering the eighth inning, Oklahoma led 8-5. However, Arkansas scored seven runs during the inning, showcasing a dramatic offensive turnaround that secured their series win. The seven-run frame featured six hits, including five singles and one double, plus a walk and an error by the Sooners.
