dailyloe.com – Hundreds of Microsoft Teams users reported issues with the platform on the morning of April 15, 2026. Most users struggled to access video and audio calls. The problems began around 9:30 am. According to Downdetector, over 300 people logged issues by 10:30 am.

The majority of users faced problems with Microsoft Teams’ audio quality. Audio issues made up 42 percent of all reports. Video quality problems accounted for 22 percent of reports. Another 28 percent of people struggled to use the app itself.

Users across multiple UK cities were affected by the outage. An outage map showed most reports came from London and Manchester. Users in Bournemouth, Bristol, and Cardiff were also hit hard. Sheffield, Birmingham, Nottingham, Leicester, and Luton faced issues too.

Reports began to ease from 10:40 am onwards. By 10:50 am, only 65 users were still facing issues. The number of issues logged dropped sharply throughout the morning. The problems were resolved later that day.

By 11:47 am, the number of issues had dropped to 35. More than 300 people were facing issues at around 10 am. The issues have now been resolved according to the report. Some users also reported issues with Microsoft Teams’ online conferencing platform.[]
