Gilbert were recently called to the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. Their primary mission will be lifelong testimony of Jesus Christ.
Elder Caussé previously served as the Church’s presiding bishop. He was born in Bordeaux, France. Elder Gilbert served as the commissioner of Church education and is from California.
