Recipients who started benefits before May 1997 were paid on April 3. This group also includes those receiving both Social Security and SSI. All other beneficiaries follow a birth-date-based schedule.
Payments for those with birthdays from the 1st to the 10th arrive April 8. Those with birthdays from the 11th to the 20th are paid April 15. Beneficiaries with birthdays from the 21st to month’s end receive funds April 22.
