Davis explained, “It’s funny because my agent called me my last two extensions, and I wasn’t answering the phone.” He humorously added, “I was building Legos. I apologize.” This revelation highlights his passion for building Legos, which he described as a significant part of his life.
He stated, “I build Legos. I have an entire collection of Legos. I love to build Legos.” Davis has openly shared his enjoyment for this hobby, stating it brings him peace. He mentioned that while building Legos, he listens to music and finds relaxation.
In 2023, Davis signed a three-year, $186 million maximum contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers, marking the richest annual extension in NBA history.
